We are seeking talented young professionals to join us as Analysts / Associates in our Hong Kong or Shanghai office to support the team in sector research, investment process, and post-investment portfolio management.
Position Requirements
· Relevant undergraduate degree or above from reputable university
· 1-3 years of relevant work experience (e.g. transaction services/investment banking/PE/VC)
· Strong logical and analytical thinking, communication and organizational skills
Position Responsibilities
· Participate in deal structuring, financial modeling, valuation, return analysis, and preparing investment memos
· Participate in all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, negotiation, project management
· Responsible for collating and analyzing portfolio company financial and business performance information, coordinating resources, writing post-investment portfolio management reports
· Participate in valuation, analysis, and execution related to liquidity events
· Responsible for sector research and analysis of potential investment targets
